DYNAMIC FOCUS’ goal is to work closely with Insurers, Doctors, Employers and injured workers to quickly and effectively facilitate realistic safe and sustainable return to work programmes.  
We provide ethical, cost effective, precise and timely information when assessing and managing work injury and illness. We understand the important responsibilities and partnering of service providers in the successful management of work injuries.

Our Consultants consistently contribute to the successful management of the workplace rehabilitation.
  • We manage and coordinate all aspects of the workplace rehabilitation by regularly communicating with the treating medical practitioners
  • Ensure active involvement of the injured worker and all key parties
  • Help injured employees to return to work safely and quickly in meaningful work that matches their skills​

  • ​Effective communication and coordination all aspects of Workplace Rehabilitation
  • Liaison with all parties to facilitate safe, quick and sustainable return to work programmes
  • Extensive knowledge of injury and illness
  • Comprehensive understanding of obligations
  • Regular reviews of Return to Work goals and modifications of programmes as required
  • Maintaining, updating and adjusting Return to Work Trial  programmes according to progress
  • Ensuring workers duties are identified and supported by Doctors, Employers, Worker and Rehabilitation consultant for positive outcomes
