JOB ANALYSIS
Job Analysis is the analysis and itemisation of individual components of a particular job within a workplace.
This can be extended to include any number of jobs or the workplace as a whole.
The analysis report notes the work conditions and details of the job such as machinery used as well as the physical demands the job requires of a worker.
Job Analysis can be provided by Dynamic Focus Injury Management Services professionals in the context of:
· Ensuring a worker’s safe return to work after injury
· Minimising duration of absence from work following injury by identifying alternate duties
· Advising the employer about reducing and management of specific injuries e.g. back injuries
